Production engineering<\/h1>\n

Our team of experts has been working for many years on the analysis and optimization of complex processes in companies. On the basis of process analyses, we develop process-adapted software solutions for the optimal support of employees in planning, controlling and executing day-to-day operations. Cooperation partners in this field are the Laboratory for Machine Tools and Production Engineering WZL of RWTH Aachen University and the WBA Aachener Werkzeugbau Akademie<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Information Digitization Application (IDA)<\/span><\/h2>\n

Together with our partner, the WBA Aachener Werkzeugbau Akademie, we have developed apps for process optimization and improvement of interdepartmentalmcommunication<\/strong><\/span> for tool and mould making.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

IDA Tryout<\/h3>\n

This app supports the tryout process in tool and mold making. Different QM forms and checklists can be stored for different process steps, which can be filled out at each tryout iteration. If problems or errors are identified during the tryout process, they can be documented in text and photos. For each identified error, measures for elimination can also be documented.<\/p>\n
